By accessing or using StatementConvert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
StatementConvert provides an AI-powered tool to convert bank statement PDFs into structured Excel, CSV, and JSON formats. We continuously improve the Service and may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
- You will only upload documents you have the legal right to process.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
5. Plans, Pricing & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content on the Service are owned by StatementConvert or its licensors. You retain ownership of files you upload and the data extracted from them.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high accuracy, you are responsible for verifying converted output before relying on it for financial, tax, or legal decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatementConvert's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
