3. File Handling & Retention
Uploaded PDFs are processed in isolated environments and automatically deleted within 24 hours unless you choose to save them in your history. Extracted data remains accessible in your account until you delete it. We never use your files to train AI models.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.
5. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. While no system is 100% secure, we apply industry best practices to protect your data.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. We honor data-subject requests under applicable laws including GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
